The Location
404-406 Coldharbour Lane

You’ll find us on the upper level at 404-406 Coldharbour Lane. We’ve been waiting for the right moment to land in this corner of South London, and we’re glad to finally be part of the mix. Pirate Brixton will be a dedicated space for the creative energy that’s already defining the neighbourhood, giving local artists a place to hang out, create, and make some noise.
Bar & Events
A Space for the Community

This is the first of our London sites to feature a dedicated bar and event space. It’s built for the community to connect outside of the studio. Whether it’s an AUX event, a workshop, an industry panel or a local label takeover, we’re opening the floor to collectives and artists who need a new home for their events.
The Studios
Our Biggest Ever DJ Studio

We’ve levelled up the build for Brixton with superior soundproofing across the site. Alongside two rehearsal studios and a recording studio, we have three DJ studios available. This includes our biggest ever DJ studio, built specifically for larger crews . Open late, seven days a week.
